You shop, we carry. Three of the six are yours: get the address, buy the thing, and pay for the freight. The rest is ours.

Step 1, You: Get your PKG address
Register with your mobile number. You get a PKG ID — PKG- followed by your ICL number — and a real street address at our warehouse to ship to.

Step 2, You: Shop any store
Taobao, 1688, Shein, a factory, a friend — check out to that address and put your PKG ID on the recipient line. Everything lands in the same place under your name.
As many orders as you like
Watch out: A box with no PKG ID on it goes to the unclaimed queue and waits. It is the single biggest cause of delay.

Step 3, ICL: We receive, photograph, weigh and bill
Staff check the box in, photograph it, and measure and weigh it. Your shipping invoice is raised automatically from those numbers, so the bill follows the real carton rather than an estimate.

Step 4, You: Pay by transfer and upload the slip
Transfer the amount and upload the transfer slip in your portal. Our team confirms it, usually the same working day. There is no card payment yet — the slip and the confirmation are the whole of it.

Step 5, You: Pick a departure
Once the payment is confirmed, choose the departure your box travels on from the ones that still have room, and tell us where to deliver it.

Watch out: A departure fills up. If the one you want is full, the portal offers the next ones with space rather than failing.

Step 6, ICL: Cleared, and handed over against your PIN
Your box joins the consolidation, we clear it through Maldives Customs, and the courier hands it over against the delivery PIN we send you — so nobody else can take it.

Your PKG ID goes on the address line
It is the only thing that ties a carton on our dock to your account. One PKG ID per profile, and the same one at every warehouse — you never have to remember which.
The full block, ready to paste into a store’s delivery form, is in your portal once you have registered. The recipient name is our warehouse contact, not yours: it is what a Chinese courier needs in order to hand the parcel over, and your PKG ID on the line below is what makes it yours.

Priced from the box we actually measure
Your estimate is behind login
A PKG parcel is priced from a different book to the supplier freight rate the public calculator quotes, so an estimate for your box lives in the portal. Sign in for a PKG estimate.
USD, invoiced in MVR
The rate book is kept in US dollars, and every invoice is raised in rufiyaa at the day’s rate. Pay by bank transfer and upload the slip; the departure opens once our team has confirmed it.
The mode is set at intake
Our warehouse decides whether your box flies or sails when it is checked in — PKG parcels normally fly. Duty and Maldives Customs revenue charges are billed separately, once assessed.
What we cannot carry
Two lists, because they differ by mode. Prohibited goods are rejected at the warehouse and must be collected within 15 days.
