Four simple steps

From registering to receiving — here is exactly what happens.

  1. 1

    Register your package

Choose your origin (China or Malaysia) and how it ships (sea or air), then verify your mobile number with a one-time code. You instantly get a tracking number for the shipment.

Registering a package takes under a minute — no account paperwork needed.
  2. 2

Send the link to your supplier

Share the package link with your supplier over WhatsApp or copy it — or fill it in yourself. Your supplier enters the box dimensions and product details.

Prefer to do it yourself? Choose “Fill it myself” on the confirmation screen and complete the package form directly.
  3. 3

    We ship & clear customs

Your supplier receives a shipping label and instructions, then either drops the goods at our warehouse (Yiwu, Foshan or Kuala Lumpur) or hands them to our agent for pickup. We consolidate, ship by sea or air, and clear customs.

Combining several orders into one shipment usually lowers your total freight cost.
  4. 4

Track & receive in the Maldives

Follow every milestone with your tracking number — registered, in warehouse, in transit, customs, delivered — while we deliver to your door in Malé and across the atolls.

You will get live status updates at each stage, so you always know where your parcel is.

Sea or air — your choice

Pick the balance of speed and cost that fits each order.

Sea cargo

Most economical

  • Best for bulky, heavy or non-urgent orders
  • Lowest cost per kilo / CBM
  • Charged by volume (CBM) or weight
  • Typical transit: a few weeks

Air cargo

Fastest

  • Best for urgent, light or high-value parcels
  • Quickest door-to-door delivery
  • Charged by chargeable weight
  • Typical transit: a few days

Exact transit times and rates depend on your supplier, volume and season — we confirm both with you before your cargo ships.
